Spinal Kinesiopathology

Physical trauma such as improper lifting, car accidents, repetitive motions and poor sleeping habits can cause spinal problems.  Emotional stress and chemical imbalances are common culprits, too.  When spinal joints are fixated and not moving enough, they force other joints to move too much. Like the tires on your car, your spine must be in proper alignment to avoid wear and tear.

About Us

Our History

Weis Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Center was founded by Dr. Gerald Weis, now retired, in 1960.  The Center expanded in 1997 when Dr. Weis merged practices with Dr. Joseph Finucan.  With Dr. Weis' retirement Dr. Finucan moved into the position of president and CEO of Weis Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Center.  The practice sees most of it's patients through referrals from more than 450 referring physicians.

Our Philosophy

Our physicians and staff are dedicated to providing optimum chiropractic care utilizing state of the art treatment modalities which are most effective for musculoskeletal conditions. "A lot of patients who visit us have never been to a chiropractor before," Dr. Finucan said.  "We make sure we educate them on chiropractic.  We set very finite treatment plans, and we expect to see certain results in a certain time or we look for other treatment options."
