Weis Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Center is contracted with the following HMO/PPO health insurance plans.  As a courtesy to our patients, our office will verify your chiropractic and physical therapy benefits. Benefits quoted by the insurance company are not a guarantee of payment. The contract is between you and your insurance company. If you have Aetna, Cigna, or any other plan that requires a referral, please make sure to contact your primary care physician. If your insurance company does not appear on the list below, please call us and we can contact them for your benefits.
